Work experience

More than 3 years of purchasing experience, with technical experience preferred

Educational requirements

Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery or environmental protection

Post responsibilities

1. Prepare and regularly update the purchase plan according to the purchase demand

2. Prepare the bidding process approval documents such as the bidding request and the bid determination report, and prepare the bidding documents, contracts and other bidding process documents

3. Procurement contract preparation, negotiation, price negotiation, contract submission and signing, bidding and procurement document filing and archive management

4. Maintain and update the supplier list and develop new suppliers

5. Arrange the procurement work meeting, and be responsible for the receipt, verification, registration and transmission of notices, express delivery, letters and faxes of the procurement team

Job requirements

Qualifications: Intermediate title, proficient in purchasing related knowledge, skilled in using computer office and common office software. Familiar with the solid waste treatment industry, and understanding of domestic waste incineration is preferred

Competency: good communication skills, strong purchasing bargaining ability and work planning. Can work overtime. Able to travel in short and medium term
