CSET mainly engages in the investment, construction, and operation of household waste incineration power generation projects through franchise operations such as BOT and BOO. Conduct harmless incineration treatment of household waste and carry out resource utilization around thermal energy, generate electricity through steam turbine generators, and provide heating services to surrounding industrial enterprises using the "cogeneration" model

On this basis, the company adheres to the concept of circular economy, continuously practices and successfully establishes a circular economy industrial park model, adds new business for the treatment of kitchen waste, sludge, and medical waste, greatly improving its level of reduction and resource utilization

CHP provides green heat energy

In the context of dual energy consumption control, the project adopts the "cogeneration" model to provide heating services to industrial enterprises within the industrial park where the project is located, achieving diversified, efficient, and high value-added utilization of thermal energy, and becoming the local infrastructure that provides heat source protection for economic development. Through the "cogeneration" model, the utilization effect of domestic waste resources is more significant, and the social benefits and economic value of the project are also improved

Green cycle helps with the construction of "waste free cities"

The circular economy industrial park collaborates on the treatment and disposal of various types of urban waste such as household waste, kitchen waste, urban sludge, and medical waste. While achieving harmless waste treatment, the generated green energy such as electricity, heat, and biogas can be utilized in a tiered manner, improving energy efficiency, and achieving low-cost and efficient disposal of secondary pollutants. The company's Mianyang project belongs to the first batch of 50 resource recycling bases in China

  • Power cycle

    The electricity generated by the garbage incineration power generation project is supplied to the park project for self use, and the remaining electricity is input into the national power grid

  • Thermal energy cycle

    The steam generated by the waste incineration power generation project serves as a heat source for sludge drying in sludge treatment projects, pre-treatment of kitchen waste treatment projects, and medical waste steaming and sterilization treatment

  • Utilization of biogas

    The anaerobic generated biogas in the park enters the waste incineration power generation project for incineration or purification and compression into CNG

  • Sewage treatment

    The leachate and sewage generated in the park enter the leachate treatment station for centralized treatment

  • Water recycling

    The leachate can meet the standard after treatment. Reuse of clean water for slag extractors, fly ash stabilization, circulating cooling, flushing of factory roads and production workshops, and greening irrigation

  • Waste disposal

    The sludge, biogas residue, etc. generated by each project are treated and sent to the incineration power generation project for mixed incineration with household waste. The waste residue generated from incineration is comprehensively utilized

Ningbo Project

Ningbo China Sciences Green Power Electric Co., Ltd. was established in 2005 and is responsible for the disposal of domestic waste in Zhenhai District, Ningbo City.

 

In 2014, CSET Ningbo started its comprehensive technical transformation (from circulating fluidized bed incineration to grate furnace) and completed it without stopping production. After being put into operation in 2017, the two grate incinerators can process up to 1,200 tons of domestic waste per day, which made it the “demonstration project” for incineration project transformation.

Cixi Project

Cixi China Sciences Zhongmao Environmental Protection Thermal Power Co., Ltd. established in 2007, is responsible for the disposal of domestic waste in all areas of Cixi City, Zhejiang Province. While using the thermal energy generated by domestic waste incineration to generate electricity, the project also adopts the "CHP" mode to supply heat to surrounding industrial enterprises.

 

In 2017, CSET Cixi started its comprehensive technical transformation to grate furnace and the completion of which increased the project's processing capacity to 2250 tons/day, thereby fully meeting the needs of Cixi City for recycling, reduction and harmless disposal of domestic waste. By setting a benchmark example for the technical transformation and expansion of domestic large-scale WTE projects, it has made significant contributions to the ecological construction and energy conservation and emission reduction of Cixi City.

Mianyang Project

Mianyang China Sciences Miantou Environmental Service Co., Ltd. was established in 2013 in Fucheng District, Mianyang City, Mianyang China Sciences Miantou Environmental Service Co., Ltd. ("CSET Mianyang") has a designed daily processing capacity of 1,500 tons of domestic waste, 200 tons of kitchen waste, 200 tons of municipal sludge and 10 tons of medical waste. Through continuous efforts,Mianyang project successfully established a circular economy industrial park model and was rated as a national resource recycling base.

With newly added kitchen waste, sludge and medical waste treatment business under this innovative model, this project realizes the synergistic recycling treatment of various wastes with greatly improved economic benefits. With the support of CSET, this project is actively extending to the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain and trying to establish business synergy advantages (including providing systematic services such as domestic waste transfer and treatment to local governments). In addition, based on the experience in the operation and management of medical waste treatment projects, and the technical accumulation in incineration and pollution control, etc., the company is also seeking to further expand its hazardous waste treatment and disposal business.

Fangchenggang Project

Established in 2014, Fangchenggang China Sciences Green Energy Co., Ltd. is responsible for the disposal of domestic waste in the Fangcheng District, the port area of Fangchenggang City and some areas of Dongxing City. This project uses internationally advanced mechanical grate incinerators and has a daily processing capacity of 1,000 tons. As a typical example of "small and refined" WTE incineration projects in the whole of Guangxi or even the country, it plays an important role in improving the sanitation environment and quality of the city in Fangchenggang City.

Santai Project

 

Santai Zhongke Renewable Energy Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Santai Zhongke"), established in 2017, covers the whole county of Santai County, Yanting County and part of Zitong County, Mianyang City.

 

The project adopts grate furnace incineration process, and the designed waste treatment capacity is 1,500 tons/day. The first phase of the project has been put into operation, and the treatment scale is 1,000 tons/day, which greatly promotes the construction of local ecological and economic civilization.

Shijiazhuang Project

Shijiazhuang CSET New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shijiazhuang CSET), established in 2023, is adjacent to the Zhaoxian Economic Development Zone. It adopts the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, with a total investment of approximately 740 million yuan and a franchise period of 30 years. The designed scale is 1200 tons per day. The project's annual steam heating capacity can reach a maximum of 800,000 to 900,000 tons, equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 30,000 tons per year. It can help Zhaoxian and surrounding areas to reduce, reuse, and safely dispose of municipal solid waste, as well as provide green electricity and thermal energy for park enterprises, thereby helping to achieve local carbon reduction and pollution reduction goals and promoting sustainable development of green and low-carbon economy.
