Shijiazhuang CSET New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as Shijiazhuang CSET), established in 2023, is adjacent to the Zhaoxian Economic Development Zone. It adopts the BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) model, with a total investment of approximately 740 million yuan and a franchise period of 30 years. The designed scale is 1200 tons per day. The project's annual steam heating capacity can reach a maximum of 800,000 to 900,000 tons, equivalent to reducing carbon dioxide emissions by about 30,000 tons per year.
